When can I pick up my plant order?
Curbside pick-ups are available 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Thursdays and Fridays at Gilsland Farm, and on select days at Fields Pond. You must schedule an appointment to pick up your plants. Click here to schedule your plant pick-up.
Why am I not able to schedule an appointment to pick up my plants until next week?
To ensure we have all the plants in stock to complete your order, our scheduling system will not permit appointments to be made within 72 of hours an order being placed.
I have more than one order, can I pick them up during the same appointment?
If all the plants you ordered are available for your scheduled pick up, we will combine your orders into one appointment. If anything is unavailable, we will notify you.
I didn't get a confirmation email when I ordered my plants, how do I know it went through?
Every completed order with a valid customer email address should receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive one, check your spam folder or an alternate inbox. If you still don't see it, contact us to confirm the order was fully processed.
A species I want is not listed or is sold out. Will there be more?
We add new species and more quantities throughout the growing season as the plants continue to develop. Keep checking the website for updates. If you have interest in a particular species, please contact us, we can let you know if we plan to have it later in the season.
Can I purchase plants in person?
Online ordering is the preferred method for purchasing plants. However, should the inventory be available and staff present to run the transaction, in-person purchases may be made during curbside pick-up hours. Only credit/debit cards will be accepted.
Who do I contact about plant-specific questions, ordering, or scheduling pickups?
