A native Sedum most commonly found on boulders and ledges throughout forested areas of eastern North America. Great addition to a rock garden or a shady rock wall area.
This shade-loving succulent groundcover forms evergreen mats among rocky and/or heavily-rooted areas. The beautiful white blooms often extend 6-8 inches above the ground in early June. Our native sedum is distinguished by three leaves rather than four-leaved exotic species.
