White Heath Aster

Symphyotrichum ericoides

This bushy, many-branched aster features dense sprays of small white flowers with yellow centers, though flowers can sometimes have a blue or pink hue. Drought tolerant, this plant does well in well-draining, sandy, or clay soils.
